Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
